AposHealth® Rebate Program

Many insurance plans, including the VA, cover Apos®. To help with any out-of-pocket costs such as co-pays or deductibles, we offer a rebate program of up to $450.

If you’re not covered by insurance:

• The full price of Apos® is $4,500, which includes the device and up to a year of follow-up appointments with an AposCare physical therapist.
• We offer a prompt payment discount of $1,000, reducing the price to $3,500.
• A charitable discount is available based on Federal Poverty Guidelines to make Apos® more accessible. To determine eligibility, we’ll need to document your income and household size.
