Clifford Bleustein, MD, MBA

Clifford Bleustein, MD, MBA

President and CEO Dr. Clifford Bleustein is the Global President and CEO of AposHealth. Prior to AposHealth, Dr. Bleustein was President and CEO of Computer Task Group (NASDAQ: CTG) where he managed >3400 people globally and >$340M in revenue across healthcare, technology services, energy, and financial services with operations in North America, Western Europe, and India. Dr. Bleustein went to CTG from Dell where he had several roles rising to become the Chief Medical Officer and Global Healthcare Solutions Leader with P&L responsibility for Healthcare & Life Sciences Solutions globally. Dr. Bleustein also had a successful period as a consultant at PwC rising to Director with a diverse experience of projects including interim executive director of outpatient services, business strategy, international “biocluster” development, mergers & acquisitions, healthcare operations, physician alignment, governance and resource optimization. On the ground experience in UK, Ireland, India, South Africa, and China with assessments in Middle East / Asia.

Dr.Bleustein graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed his internship at the New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens. He later completed his residency in urology at Montefiore Medical Center. He went on to private practice Urology and became a board-certified Urologist. He has an extensive roster of peer-reviewed published research and 2 patents. Dr. Bleustein earned a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He also received an executive master’s degree in business administration from NYU Stern School of Business where he now teaches Healthcare Economics as an Adjunct Professor.

Sachin Gohil, MRPharmS

SVP, Chief Commercial Officer ROW A qualified clinical pharmacist with over 20 years’ experience in delivery of healthcare services within the Private Healthcare industry and the NHS. An accomplished leader, with a proven ability to turn around underperforming teams, deliver complex programs, establish credibility rapidly and influence colleagues and executive leadership alike.

Sachin began his career in the NHS working at one of the largest acute Trusts within the UK where he held a number of clinical specialist and senior leadership roles. Since 2010 Sachin has worked within the private sector providing health systems support to the NHS.

Over his career he has acquired an extensive knowledge of the NHS and commissioning, working with a wide range of professionals in multi-disciplinary teams. In his most recent role, he was the subject matter expert for Optum UK on pharmacy and medicines optimization programs.

A passionate advocate for change, he has led on complex change processes within multi-provider organizations and systems, acquiring a deep understanding of the needs of patients, communities, staff well-being and their development.

Seth Klein

Seth Klein

Vice President of Business Development Seth joined AposHealth in 2019 and serves as Director of Sales. Seth Klein is top performer with over 20 years of sales and sales management experience in both large and early stage venture backed medical device companies. Most recently Seth was named Sales Manager of the Year at Merit Medical in their Interventional Oncology and Spine Division. He has held various Sales and Sales Leadership roles developing sales teams at Nevro, Dfine, Medtronic & Synthes Maxillofacial. Seth began his career in sales at Abbott Labs in pharmaceutical sales.

Seth received a BS in Psychology with a minor in Business from Penn State University.

Cheri Lin, MBA

Cheri Lin, MBA

SVP, Chief Marketing Officer Cheri brings a proven track record of building healthcare brands in both start-ups and Fortune 50 companies. She started her career at Johnson and Johnson heading up consumer marketing on brands such Tylenol® and Procrit®. Here she became a leader in the industry and received prominent industry awards such as being named Top 25 DTC Marketer and having the brand’s TV ad being ranked #3 in New York Times Best Advertisement listing. As a growth evangelist for healthcare, Cheri left J&J and became employee #7 at a start-up called P4 Healthcare where she developed and launched a patient supportive care B2B2C service supporting oncology practices. This solution drove patient care while also improving practice efficiency and patient outcomes. P4 Healthcare achieved significant year over year growth and had a very successful exit to Cardinal Health.

In the 4 years prior to joining AposHealth, Cheri served as Chief Marketing Officer of Learning Ally. With a mission to transform the lives of struggling learners with reading deficits such as dyslexia, she successfully built a best-in-class data driven marketing team to optimize B2C channel and expand into B2B channel. As a result, new sales doubled each year and B2B channel reached over a 90% renewal rate of recurring SaaS revenue. Cheri holds a BA from Union College and an MBA from Duke University.

Omer Ostro, M.Sc., CPA

VP, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Ostro has over 15 years of progressive experience in audit and financial management of private and public companies, and a proven record in providing high quality financial management services to companies in various business cycles and sectors.
Previously, Mr. Ostro managed the valuation team of emerging market structured credit desk at Barclays Capital in London, UK, specializing in valuation and risk management of complex derivatives and structured financial products. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Associate in the audit division of PwC, Israel.
Mr. Ostro is a qualified certified public accountant in Israel and holds an MSc in Finance and Economics (with merit) form London School of Economics and a BSc in Economics and Accounting (with magna cum laude) from Tel-Aviv University.

Ganit Segal, MPE

Ganit Segal, MPE

SVP, Chief Scientific Officer Ganit joined AposHealth in 2006. She holds a master’s degree in life science, with a specialization in biomechanics and has more than 15 years’ experience in medical research including various clinical trial methodologies, scientific publications with over 35 publications in peer-review journals and substantial experience in scientific reviews including global clinical trends and guidelines, comparative analysis and more.
Since 2017, Ganit began laying the company’s foundations to collect and analyze big data in order to support post-marketing clinical activity and ongoing account management and improve patient care.

Hadley Slade-Jones, MPH (Hon), BHSc

Hadley Slade-Jones, MPH (Hon), BHSc

SVP, Chief Operations Officer Hadley has significant global experience working with health systems to create high performing, financially sustainable health services.
He has worked with Government Ministers, global health technology companies, start-ups, new healthcare entrants and traditional healthcare players on new approaches to population health and personalized care.
More specifically, designing and implementing new approaches that leverage innovation around business and clinical operating models.

Rachel Yesharim

SVP, Chief Technology Officer Rachel joined AposHealth in 2021 to build and lead the company’s new AposIQ business unit, that will combine innovative technology and data science with Apos’s comprehensive experience in gait modification to determine the optimal way to adjust patients’ gaits over time.

Prior to AposHealth®, Rachel was Vice President of product at Medial EarlySign – a pioneering clinical AI company – were she defined the company’s roadmap and took its products from concept to reality. Rachel began her career at Intel® and along 10 years held various leading roles, including product management at Intel’s Advanced Analytics unit. Rachel holds a BSc in Computer Science with specialization in Bioinformatics from Ben-Gurion University.

Timothy E. Nolan

Tim is Founder & CEO of TEN Healthcare Strategies, LLC. a company specializing in the provision of strategic and tactical business development services in the healthcare space. With over 35 years’ experience Tim was most recently the EVP of EmblemHealth, an $8 billion not-for -profit health plan payer and provider in the New York metro area. In addition, Tim served as the president and COO of Independent Living Systems, LLC., contributing to its growth as a nationally recognized leader in long term managed care. Other executive roles have included positions with Meridian Health Systems, now Hackensack Meridian Health, and Coventry Healthcare and USHealthcare. where he played fundamental roles in the acquisition and integration of those organizations by Aetna. Tim currently sits on the Onehome and New York University Wagner School of Health advisory boards.

Dr. David Levy

Dr. David Levy

Director Dr. David Levy is the Chief Executive Officer at EHE. He is an accomplished physician executive with a record of achievement in founding, leading, and/or turning around a variety of health services companies focused on improving human health.
As a primary care physician and epidemiologist, Dr. Levy started his career in private practice in suburban New York City. There he founded Franklin Health Inc., (now owned by Optum), the innovator and leader in advocating for patients with highly complex illnesses. He then went on to PwC, and as a partner ultimately led its global health care business for several years. Dr. Levy serves on the boards of leading device, technology, and services companies in the US, Israel, and Brazil.
Dr. Levy is a renowned strategic thinker who has executed effective strategies for his own enterprises and a diverse set of public and private sector entities. Drawing on a vast network of business relationships, Dr. Levy brings global best-in-practice solutions to the healthcare industry.

Joe Mark

Joe Mark

Chairman of the board Joe is Chairman of AposHealth and an investor in healthcare. Over the last 16 years he led investments and held director/ ceo/coo positions in the payor, provider and drug distribution sectors. In the aggregate over $2 billion of incremental exit value was realized on these investments. Previously he was a venture capitalist and an investment banker. He is a graduate of Columbia University and the Wharton Graduate School of Business.

Dr. Michael Stocker, MD, MPH

Dr. Michael Stocker, MD, MPH

Director Dr. Stocker served as Chairman of the Board, for the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation (HHC) from 2008 to 2014. He was appointed by former Mayor Michael Bloomberg. HHC is the largest municipal hospital and healthcare system in the country, serving 1.3 million New Yorkers annually.
Dr. Stocker has an impressive, wide-ranging career spanning the field of healthcare. Most recently, he served as Corporate Executive Vice President of WellPoint Inc. Before WellPoint absorbed Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield, he was Empire’s Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Empire, Dr. Stocker held the positions of President of Cigna Health Plans and General Manager of the New York Area of US Healthcare. Before moving to New York, Dr. Stocker was a practicing physician in Chicago, serving as Associate Chairman of the Department of Family Practice at Cook County Hospital in Chicago (the area’s public hospital) from 1975 to 1980. He also served as Medical Director of Anchor Organization for Health Maintenance at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago from 1980 to 1985.
Dr. Stocker’s voluntary activities complement his professional career. He is a board member of the Arthur Ashe Institute for Urban Health and is currently serving on the Board of Montefiore Medical Center. His expertise in healthcare administration has made him a valued member of oversight and good government organizations such as the Citizens Budget Commission of New York and The Partnership for New York City, Inc. He served as a member of the New Jersey Governor’s Health Care Cost Reduction Advisory Committee and the National Committee for Quality Assurance.
Dr. Stocker was educated at the University of Notre Dame and received his MD from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1968. He received his post-graduate training at the Mayo Clinic and the University of California and is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Family Practice. Dr. Stocker also holds a Master’s degree in Public Health received from the University of Michigan in 1987.

Uri Yaron, Ph.D.

Director Uri is a HealthTech and Life Sciences investment Executive who serves on multiple Boards. In his previous role he served as the WW President of Biosense Webster (BWI), a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. Uri joined BWI in 1996, a year prior to its acquisition by J&J. Prior to his WW President role, Uri has held several positions of increasing responsibilities in R&D, Business Development and General Management at Biosense Webster, Cordis, Cerenovus, Mentor, Acclarent, ASP & Sterilmed.
Uri is known as a strategic leader who established outstanding relationships with both customers and external partners, creating significant value for J&J in the Cardiovascular space. He has a proven track record of driving innovation and growth and adapting the company’s business model to a rapidly changing and increasingly challenging external environment. Under Uri’s Leadership, BWI teams have won 5 Johnson Medals, the most prestigious award given for research & development excellence within J&J.
Uri holds a PhD in Physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, summa cum laude. Prior to joining BWI, Uri was a Member of the Technical Staff at the Micro-Physics Research Lab of AT&T Bell Laboratories. He is a co-author of over 40 peer-reviewed papers, including papers in Nature and Physical Review Letters, and the co-inventor of over 10 US patents.
Uri serves on the Board of Directors of the Western States of the American Heart Association. He was the Chairperson of the 2020 LA Heart & Stroke Walk. In addition, Uri teaches an MBA course at the BioMed MBA Program of the Hebrew University, and coaches senior combat officers of the Israeli Defense Forces.

Micha Breakstone, PhD, is a repeat entrepreneur with broad experience designing Natural Language and Machine Learning systems, and holds a Masters in Math, and a PhD in Cognitive Science.

He co-founded Chorus.ai in 2015 backed by top tier VCs, and previously helped build two successful startups: Summly, an automatic summarization startup which was acquired by Yahoo!; And Ginger, where he founded and managed the VPA Platform Business Unit which was spun out and acquired by Intel. He is passionate about the marriage of language and algorithms, and believes that building human-quality NLP technologies is a critical step towards achieving AI’s ultimate goal of empowering, rather than replacing, humans.

Gus P. Georgiadis

Gus P. Georgiadis is the Area President of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., a global brokerage firm focused on Commercial Insurance, Employee Benefits and Risk Management solutions.

He founded Triad USA, Inc. in 1998 and served as President until 2012 when he merged the company with Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. Before establishing Triad, Georgiadis was Executive Vice President for Highmark Inc., one of the largest health insurers in the United States.

Georgiadis has over 35 years of executive experience in the insurance, financing and health care delivery fields and is a frequent guest speaker during business conferences. He has created several businesses or major initiatives that today serve as national models, including Gateway Health Plan and the Children’s Health Insurance Program.

He serves as an active Board member with numerous community and civic organizations.

Terry Gilliland, MD

Terry Gilliland, MD

Dr. Terry Gilliland is a physician executive with over 30 years of experience driving high-performing clinical operations in provider and health plan settings. His life’s commitment is to transform how healthcare services are delivered to improve health and wellness while optimizing quality, reliability, and the consumer experience using innovative tools coupled with leading-edge real-time and predictive analytics.

Most recently, he served as the Executive Vice President, Healthcare Quality and Affordability at Blue Shield of California, a nonprofit health plan with over $22 billion in annual revenue serving over 4 million members in the state’s commercial, individual and government markets.

Preceding Blue Shield, Gilliland served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at Sentara Healthcare and spent 18 years at Kaiser Permanente in Maryland and Colorado in progressive operational roles.

Gilliland is on the Triple Tree Advisory Council, served as a business advisor for GenomeSmart prior to its acquisition by Ambry Genetics, as well as the Board of International Medical Assistance, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving vulnerable populations in Central America and multiple hospital Boards in Virginia. He is deeply committed to increasing quality and access to education throughout the world as a vehicle of opportunity and equity.

Gilliland is a board-certified General Surgeon who completed his internship and residency at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Stanford University, a Doctor of Medicine from the University of California at Los Angeles and a Master of Science in Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Brett Hickman

Brett joined AposHealth as an adviser in early 2021. He currently serves as Chief Growth Officer at CityBlock Health, a tech-driven provider for communities with complex needs.

Prior to CityBlock, Brett served in various leadership positions at Optum, including SVP Enterprise Transformation and President-EVP Optum Behavioral Care. Before Optum, he served as CEO of ProVenture, an Aetna business unit dedicated to establishing joint ventures with leading integrated healthcare delivery organizations. Earlier in his career, Brett was a partner in PwC’s consulting practice, serving as US Deals Leader for Healthcare.

Badri Narasimhan

Badri Narasimhan

Badri Narasimhan is a successful serial entrepreneur who founded, grew, and sold his first healthcare IT business and is involved in multiple additional ventures presently. The first company he founded, AlertMD (www.alertmd.com), grew successfully to have over 27,000 users in the clinical setting across most of the United States, including but not limited to many of the top 25 health systems and physical therapy platforms in the country, dozens of the largest physician groups in many specialties including but not limited to Gastroenterology, Hospital Medicine, Cardiology, Intensive care, Internal Medicine, and more. Badri successfully exited AlertMD in a sale to EverCommerce (NSDQ: EVCM) in 2020. Badri is currently a limited partner in a clean energy fund, the Chair of an Advisory Board for a medical device company, and also involved in a healthcare incubation platform. Before AlertMD, Badri was in Senior management roles in several large and small companies in industries as varied as property-casualty insurance, internet software, and retail. Badri is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with two graduate degrees from that institution and also holds an MBA from Babson College. Badri lives in Naperville, IL, with his wife and a blended family of 5 kids.

Dr. Bruce Nash is the President of Catamount Advisors, LLC – a life sciences, board/advisory practice which seeks to support innovative companies at the governance and advisory level to achieve transformational change in health care delivery.

Most recently, he served as the Chief Physician Executive and Senior Vice President of Health and Medical Management for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, one of the largest independent, not-for-profit Blue Cross Blue Shield plans in the country.

Dr. Nash has held executive leadership positions for both health plans, medical groups and hospitals during his career. Prior roles include serving as the Chief Medical Officer of Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan, the President of North Adams Regional Hospital, the Vice President of Clinical Affairs, Kaiser Permanente – Northeast, and the Vice President for Medical Group Operations Improvement for the Permanente Company.

He is a board certified family physician who practiced for more than 20 years in southern Vermont. He earned a master of business administration in health sector management from the Fuqua School of Business of Duke University, a medical degree from Albany Medical College, and a bachelor of science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He completed his residency in family practice at Duke University.

David Nash, MD, MBA

David B. Nash, MD, MBA, is the Founding Dean Emeritus — and remains on the full-time faculty as the Dr. Raymond C. and Doris N. Grandon Professor of Health Policy — at Thomas Jefferson University’s College of Population Health (JCPH). Dr. Nash has been a hospital trustee for over 20 years and has recently completed nearly a decade as a member of the Board of Directors for Humana, Inc., one of the nation’s largest publicly traded healthcare companies.

In 2014 he joined the board of InfoMC, a leading information technology company in suburban Philadelphia. He is on the Healthcare Advisory Board for Arsenal Capital Partners in NYC and joined the board of Tract Manager, a portfolio company of Arsenal. In late 2018 he joined the board of ANI Pharmaceuticals, a publicly-traded generic drug manufacturer, headquartered in Baudette, MN.

Finally, he is a board member of FOX Rehab, a portfolio company of Blue Wolf Capital. A board-certified internist, Dr. Nash is internationally recognized for his work and has repeatedly been named to Modern Healthcare’s list of Most Powerful Persons in Healthcare.

David Orbuch

David Orbuch is a dynamic and values-based leader that achieves results by leveraging the power of a strong and diverse team, while relentlessly pursuing an innovative and healthy organizational culture. David is passionately committed to building a positive and inclusive culture by listening, embracing different points of view, reaching consensus, taking action, and measuring outcomes.

David recently retired from UnitedHealth Group where he held various executive leadership positions in the United States and abroad. Most recently, David was Chief Operation Officer of UHG Brazil, UnitedHealth Group’s largest business outside of the United States ($5B revenue, 35,000 employees).

Prior to living and working in Brazil, David was the CEO and Managing Director of Optum, UK ($50M revenue/400 employees), where he was responsible for the governance, financial oversight, and management of Optum’s clinical care and technology business supporting the National Health Service of England.

Prior to joining UnitedHealth Group, David worked at Allina Hospitals and Clinics, where he was President of the Phillips Eye Institute and the Phillips Eye Institute Foundation, as well as the Executive Vice President for Corporate Responsibility, Ethics, and Compliance. Prior to his career in business, David was a federal and state prosecutor for more than 10 years.

David is heavily invested in the health and welfare of our community as a Board Member and volunteer for numerous civic and cultural organizations. David has been Board President of the Minneapolis Jewish Federation, the Jewish Community Relations Council of Minnesota & Dakotas, Adath Jeshurun Congregation, as well as critical governance leadership roles on Consolation, Hennepin Health, Hennepin Theatre Trust, and Project for Pride and Living. David is also a strategic advisor to small start-up organizations, as well as a national speaker on culture, ethics, and compliance.

The Honorable Dr. David J. Shulkin was the ninth Secretary of the US Department of Veterans Affairs in the Trump Administration and VA’s Under Secretary of Health in the Obama Administration. As such, Secretary Shulkin was the only member of the Cabinet to have served both Presidents and to have been confirmed by the US Senate by a vote of 100-0.

Secretary Shulkin is a widely respected healthcare executive having served as chief executive of leading hospitals and health systems including Beth Israel in New York City, Morristown Medical Center in Northern NJ, and currently advises leading health systems. Secretary Shulkin has held numerous physician leadership roles including the Chief Medical Officer of the University of Pennsylvania Health System, the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Temple University Hospital, and the Medical College of Pennsylvania Hospital. Secretary Shulkin has held academic positions including the Chairman of Medicine and Vice Dean at Drexel University School of Medicine.

Over his career Secretary Shulkin has been named “One Hundred Most Influential People in American Healthcare” by Modern Healthcare. He continues to advocate on behalf of the country’s veterans by serving on the boards of numerous nonprofits that serve veterans, is the host of the popular Policy Vets Podcast, and is the author of the recent book, “It Shouldn’t Be This Hard to Serve Your Country: Our Broken Government and the Plight of Veterans”.

Raz Winiarsky, M.D.

Dr. Raz Winiarsky is an award-winning, board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in total joints and sports orthopedics. In addition to founding and growing one of the largest orthopedic practices in Brooklyn, Queens, and northern New Jersey, he is a respected visionary in the healthcare space. Dr. Winiarsky has cofounded 2 national healthcare companies that help physicians reach a more accurate diagnosis, improve patient outcomes, and reduce medical costs. The first company, Spreemo Health, is a successful referral management platform in the occupational medicine market that helps payers improve patient outcomes by reducing medical errors in radiology. The second company, Covera Health, partners with doctors to advance how quality care is defined, measured, and delivered by leveraging artificial intelligence tools to help physicians reach more accurate diagnosis and help better detect important findings.
