Alex earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy through an accelerated 6-year program at Ithaca College, completing the clinical rotations at the Neurologic and Spinal Cord Unit of Kessler Rehabilitation Center, one of the nation’s top facilities for neurological care.
His career began in Neurological and Vestibular rehabilitation with Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers, a leader in gait and balance therapy, where he developed expertise in mobility and independence. Later, at The Well Effect Company in Bedford, MA, Alex specialized in whole-body wellness with a focus on lumbar spine mechanics, posture, and how pain affects movement.
