Return Policy

Patients who are unsatisfied with their Apos® device may return it, unworn, within 3 days of receiving the device at no cost to the patient. Any amount spent on the device by the patient will be refunded within 30 days of AposCare™ receiving the returned. device.

Even if device is returned, the patient or their insurance carrier are still responsible for covering the cost of the evaluation for the device.

Defects:

A patient may return a defective device and receive a new device at no charge for up to one year following its purchase.
